We're thrilled to announce the successful accreditation of MedITEX IVF for the Electronic Health Record FSE 2.0 in Italy! This means that our module RSA (outpatient specialist report) was accepted by verifying the adherence to the technical specifications outlined in the FSE LLGG.
This achievement marks a significant milestone for us, as FSE 2.0 is a digital ecosystem through which citizens can collect and consult their entire health history, sharing it securely and efficiently with healthcare professionals. Moreover, it's built on robust data and document management, delivering high-quality services to both citizens and healthcare providers.
For our Italian users, this update means even greater efficiency and convenience. Clinics will now be able to save even more time, since patient data collected by the patients themselves can be directly accessed within our platform, streamlining workflows, and enhancing patient care. The certificate also guarantees compliance with the guidelines set by the Italian government.
To enhance data management efficiency, the FSE 2.0 introduces two new infrastructural components: the Gateway and the Health Data Ecosystem (EDS). The Gateway is responsible for ensuring consistency in applying standards for both data and documents. Meanwhile, the Health Data Ecosystem (EDS) is designed to collect, manage, and render data usable through REST services. It can populate regional repositories with data specific to each region, as outlined by the standard, using subscription and synchronization services. Additionally, it incorporates functions to monitor FSE system utilization by citizens and healthcare professionals.
